Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei

Nozomu Itoshiki (a highschool teacher) is trying to hang himself. He is stopped by his student Kafuka Fuura. A naive positive young girl filled with hope. Laughs are guaranteed as she clashes with her gloomy teacher in this visually wonderful anime.
